ARMASeal a unique four-layered tank liner fabric comprising of a “DOUBLE DECK layering” of polyethylene that coat the scrim on both sides. This double layer of polyethylene not just gives the tank lining its strength but also provides flexibility. Our liners are BPA Free and comply with Australian standards for potable drinking water storage AS/NZS 4020.

Aluzinc, is a cold-rolled galvanized steel that is formed from Aluminium (55%), Zinc (43.4%) and Silicon (1.6%) his innovative composition makes Aluzinc up to SIX TIMES more resistant to corrosion than any comparable standard galvanised metal.
Engineered design and hot dipped galvanised steel for ultimate strength and longevity our trusses are spaced no further then 1400mm apart. This design adds maximum structural integrity and strength to the tank and gives more fixings points for the roof in high wind conditions along with stability for those times when you may need to be on it.
Unique double-sided interlocking design for strength and durability on every join, over 7mm thickness forms an intertrial part of the overall strength locking in the walls and providing strength in high pressure areas. Our bolting system has over 80 bolts per full height panel. On our largest 70G tank there are over 1,200 bolts giving it the strength to contain the equal weight of a Jumbo jet.

It’s proven for protecting your tanks most valuable asset the liner. Standard inclusion in all tank sizes that will protect your liner from any sharp objects or tree roots over the life of the tank.
1.55mm Aluzinc has an extreamly long useful life. The corrosion rate, i.e. the thickness of the aluminium/zinc coating that is lost every year in a normal environment to which Aluzinc is freely exposed, is a maximum of 20% of one micron (0.2 µm). The surface of Aluzinc is twice as hard as that of hotdip galvanized steel. The hard surface has high wear resistance.
